Today we interviewed Michael Yellow Bird. He is a member of the Three Affiliated Tribes, director of Tribal and Indigenous Peoples Studies and a professor of sociology and anthropology at North Dakota State University.

We talked about: Native American Heritage Month, Columbus Day vs. Indigenous People’s Day and the Fargo Native American Commission passing of a resolution approving the second Monday of October as Indigenous People’s Day.
